Below are the forms that will need the attention of all new and returning members of the Eagle Pride.
0. CutTime Welcome Letter (To be updated by 7/29/24). This letter contains information on what needs to be turned in before the season begins.
1. Medical Consent Form: This will need to be printed and notarized before returning to the blue box in the band room by the first band summer rehearsal or tryout date
2. General information form (24-25): Follow the link to complete the form.
3. On/Off Campus Activity Form (24-25): For allowing your student to attend all activities on and off of campus (away games, etc.).
4. I Can Help form (24-25): Follow this link to find ways and sign up to volunteer with the Eagle Pride!
5. Eagle Pride Attendance/Participant Contract 24-25: Required for all students and parents to sign.
6. Personal Appearance and Grooming Policies for Performances (24-25)- Our “Grooming Policy” for performances.
